
A juicy smash patty topped with melted cheese, crunchy tortilla chips, jalapeños, guacamole, and chipotle mayo — a fiery, cheesy pub-style burger that’s impossible to resist
Ingredients (makes 4 burgers):
500g ground beef
4 slices cheddar or pepper jack cheese
1 cup tortilla chips (crushed slightly)
2 fresh jalapeños (sliced)
1 avocado (mashed into guacamole)
4 brioche or rustic buns
Salt & pepper
For the Chipotle Mayo:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp chipotle paste or sauce
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
1. Smash beef patties on a hot skillet, season with salt & pepper, top with cheese until melted.
2. Toast buns lightly.
3. Mix mayo, chipotle, and lime juice for sauce.
4. Assemble: bun + chipotle mayo + cheesy patty + crushed tortilla chips + jalapeños + guacamole.
5. Top with more sauce and the bun.
