
Juicy chicken tenders coated in crispy breadcrumbs, smoky bacon bits, and melted cheddar — served golden and rustic with a creamy dipping sauce
Ingredients (serves 4):
500g chicken tenders or strips
1 cup flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
½ cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying:
For the Dipping Sauce
½ cup ranch or mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
Instructions:
1. Set up breading station: flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
2. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in cheesy bacon breadcrumb mix.
3. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
4. Mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
5. Serve tenders hot with dipping sauce on the side.
